Blanc Manger (Custard pudding)

2 1/2 cups of heavy cream
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of confectioner/powdered sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp of almond extract
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Empty a packet of unflavored gelatin onto a bowl. Pour a small amount of boiled water and stir. Set it aside for 5 mins.
In a bowl, add heavy cream, coconut milk, and sugar, Stir.
Pour the gelatin mixture and stir.
Combine the remaining ingredients: almond extract, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract. Stir.
Pour contents into ramekins or a baking dish. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight.

Optional: Garnish with your choice of fruit topping and drizzle with honey.
