INGREDIENTS:
1) 2 cinnamon sticks
2) 4 to 6 anise star
3) 1 cup very fine yellow corn flour
4) Dash of salt
5) 1 tsp vanilla extract
6) 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
7) Sugar to taste
8) Lime Zest (Optional)
9) 1 cup of milk
10) Ginger to taste
11) Nutmeg to taste
12) 1 tbsp of butter

DIRECTIONS:
1)On Medium, Boil 3-4 cups water with cinnamon sticks, anise stars, lime zest, salt, and spoonful of sugar.
2) Dilute corn flour in 1 cup cold milk,
3) Turn flame down to LOW and Slowly pour liquefied corn flour into boiling water while stirring. * Stir CONSTANTLY until it thickens.
4) Continue to stir add can of evaporated milk, butter, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Serve Cold or Warm. Enjoy!!!
