
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup of fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cinnamon stick
2.5 cups of water
1/4 cup of white sugar (or honey)
1/2 cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS:
Boil water in a saucepan.
Add freshly grated ginger and cinnamon stick to boiling water.
Strain. Sweeten with sugar/honey. Enjoy.
