We gladly accept Paypal for online orders only.
We DO NOT SHIP COD.
- We ship worldwide. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date that your order was placed for shipping. Allow 14 or more business days for International orders.
- All orders are shipped Priority through USPS. Please contact us for expedited shipping rates.
- If you have not received your item in 15 days, please contact us.
- Due to the nature of our business, we are not responsible for failing to meet requests outside of the 7 to 14 business day time frame.
- Delays may occur due to manufacture issues, holidays, etc.
- We ship using the address provided in PayPal and at your time of checkout, please verify that the information is accurate.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
- We offer unisex tees. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.
- We are not responsible for exchanging or accepting returns due to customer error or failure to read the provided apparel descriptions.
- ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
- We will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the original packing slip, within 10 days. Returns will not be accepted without the original packing slip. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
- Merchandise may only be returned in the country in which it was originally purchased.
- We cannot refund original or return shipping charges. All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

EXCHANGING AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed through the mail. If you would like an exchange, you can return the original item by mail for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you need.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND DISCREPANCIES:
We carefully inspect all orders prior to shipping. However, it is the responsibility of the customer and/or authorized representative to thoroughly inspect orders upon receipt and report discrepancies to Haitiville.com.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DAMAGES/ DEFECTS AND DISCREPANCIES POLICY CAN RESULT IN A DENIED CLAIM.
Due to the nature of our business, Haitiville.com is not responsible nor in control of back order items. Delays do occur from time to time due to items on back order status. If this is the case, you will be notified via email OR the info will be listed in the product description.
All in-stock merchandise is subject to prior sales. Availability is not guaranteed.
