New CIMO Commander On Friday, Commissioner Vladimir Cherubin was installed as the new Commander of the Corps of Intervention of the Preservation of the Order (CIMO). He replaces Commissioner Jean Louis Paul Ménard who has just been transferred to the Central Administration of the Administrative Police.

Training on International Human Rights Law
